 2003+ e55 exhaust flanges/manifolds needed!
I need to buy a pair of e55 header flanges (by themselves) or a pair of stock exhaust manifolds. Does anyone know where I could get either?
I have a 2005 e55 and I am going to have a freind fab up some 304 ss 1 7/8" primary long tube headers for me and I need some flanges. I have acess to a laser cutter and a water jet, so I just need the outline to draw up. If anyone is interested, let me know. I work at ZZPerformance.com so we definitely are no stranger to making cool parts.
Right now I have a snipped air deflectors in the grills, rear cat/resonator delete and X pipe and my car ran a 12.44@110mph. Forgot my 60ft, it wasnt good though, probably a 2.2 ish.
When the headers are done, I will install them along with the crank pulley and I will also fab a bolt on larger heat exchanger. That would have to push it close to 11s on street tires.
