My story.. I bought an 00 clk cab like 4 years ago for 30k.. at about 65k miles my tranny blew and it was out of warranty. Thats when I decided to join this site to find out it was a very "common" problem! Ended up costing me over 5k! Then I sold that and bought 03 lexus rx300... drove the truck for a year then the tranny blew.. cost me 4k and sold it.. NOWWWW I am in the market for a new car and really have my eyes set on a 03-04 e-class. I was looking to spend under 25k. Is there any real big problems these cars are notorious for... just curious? Tranny.. seals..?? Because most likely the car will be out of warrenty and I am looking for something stylish and reliable. Thanks a lot in advance!!
