Help! Need to remove armrest console

Hi guys,

Trying desperately to remove the armrest console (central lower console piece that includes the armrest) and gave up (right before breaking the thing off!!!)

This is a 2004 E55 and here is what I did so far:

Removed shifter cover, side covers, ashtray and screws holding the front part of the console (under shifter cover) So now it tilts upwards from the front but the back part is so stubborn I'm guessing there has to be hidden screws somewhere... Tried everything I could think of with no luck... If anyone knows how to remove this thing please post back...
