Does anybody know what the ampage draw on the battery is while the vehicle is off? I am having issues with the battery dying after about 24 hours of no use.

Time dependent, car may not be going to sleep for many reasons. The best action is to have the dealer (we all hate this part) check it out with the STAR diagnostics computer. The electrical systems have had many software upgrades in particular the charging system. Have them check both of the batteries too. These cars are so electronically intense to try and find any problem with a VOM, would be like swimming across the Atlantic.
Now that you have your suit on, disconnect the battery, say bye bye to all your pre sets, window sync, seat memory, radio, sun roof, ect... connect volt meter from battery + to battery cable, take reading wait 10 min take reading wait 10 min take reading, if it is over 100 Milliamp start pulling fuses to narrow the search. If you find a circuit that is a large consumer post your findings here.
I had this issue on my 2005 E55. It kept getting the consumer features were unavailable.Came back on after I drove for awhile. Took it to the dealer (just had it for 2 days and it was CPO..phew) They initially said no drain was seen but they kept it overnight and then said...uhhhh we found something. net/net...they replaced the audio gateway.
Its easy to locate the draw via the SDS as several systems will take several min to shut down ...The Early W211s had issues with the Audio gateway...But as Time takes its toll on the door control units..seat control units..Comands..etc.
Make sure the dealer preforms a COMPLETE test ....and LOAD test the battery as when the battery goes dead several times it can take the battery out
