Wow, saw a killer E55 at Atco this past Sunday. - Benzworld.org

I was at Atco for some money races. I was walking through the pits and since it was a quick 8 day, there were alot of late model race cars there. Then I see a E55!!!! As I walked up to it, I noticed the Gforce drag radials. I tell my buddy that is a fast car and he laughs at me. As I walk around the front, I see the cover missing over the pulley. I knew the car was modded and had at least a pulley. Then I saw the blue tint of the stainless headers. Nice!

I spoke to the owner. It was a 2005. All work was done by Kleenman. It had ECU upgrade, pulleys, K&N filters, headers. The best ET with the 18 inch dragradials was 11.2@129. Very impressed! Now I am sorry I bought a new 05 S-type R. But I just could not get any deal on a E55. and I refuse to pay sticker on any car. Maybe next year..........

You couldn't find a dealer in new jersey to sell you a car for less than sticker? I know several that will sell for at least $2,000-$3,000 off sticker. Oh well I guess its too late. Enjoy the Jag!

Almost, with only what you mentioned plus a Kleemann LSD, I ran an 11.65. THEN, I added a 65 wet shot and got the 11.25.

Thanks for the compliments. You folks are great. You should have seen everyone's reaction (you could hear a bit of it on the video) after the run.

Derek, Your car is awesome. How much more of a sleeper can you get? Granted, anyone who knows the E55 badging knows how fast it's SUPPOSED to be, but damn, to shave another 1.25-1.5 sec off stock is impressive w/ the mods you did.Take off the E55, AMG and Kompressor badges, and you have a low 11 sec E class grocery getter! That's bad-ass. [;)]
