So I own a W211 '03 E240 V6, an awesome car! Absolutely loved it all the way. It currently has 170K KM on the clock. My concern is about, and I know it's kind of opinionated, ATF change and filter change. :topic: Now the car had a pan drop and a 4L fluid and filter change at the dealership in 2011 when it had about 110K KM, and I have read on different threads recommending 60K KM change interval, but I need an advice mostly based on personal experience whether to do a pan drop and fluid-filter change or not. :grin
The car is in very good shape, the transmission has no problems shifting and no apparent problems, but I would just like to keep this car for a good period of time and not run into transmission disassembly or replacement :crying
NOTE: The fluid has been visually checked using a dipstick and the color is brown, not dark and not burnt, am just worried about this step and its been missing with my head for awhile now :ee :dunno:
