Recently purchased a one-owner, Black Metallic '08 W211 "cream puff" :smile with 39K miles to use as a family sedan for our winter home in Florida. The car has one year old Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires on staggered 18" wheels and is probably a 9/10 both exterior and interior.
Had the local MB dealer do a PPI and it was clean except for two items and a stored (but not current) failure code.
VIN is WDBUF56X08B235028. Can someone post the data card for me? I have the Russian online version but the Google Translate result isn't very usable for my records.
There are several items that I am in the process of sorting and would like this forum's help if you've seen and solved these problems before. I have many questions and have put them all in this post...it may be too much for one thread and if so let me know and I'll split them up.

Sirius Satellite Subscription - I have satellite radio on several cars and tried to add this vehicle to the account with no luck. The COMMAND screen either says to call Sirius and lists the ESN or "Acquiring Satellite" even when I'm outside with a clear view of the sky. Advanced Tech Support at Sirius didn't help either.
From what I've read here on this issue I need to call Sirius back and ask for "protected tier" (easy enough to do) or I have a equipment problem or both. I suspect an antenna wiring or grounding issue as the sharkfin antenna isn't snug against the roof...i can rock it back and forth where the seal lifts slightly from the roof line (and could allow water into the cabin). Looks like I'll need to drop the headliner to tighten that up. Does anyone have the WIS for the headliner removal? (Hopefully I don't have to take it all out to get to the antenna area)
PPI showed that the Cam Plugs and the PCV Centrifuge cover were leaking. Dealer wanted $305 to replace the seals for these. Are these easy DIY? Does anyone have pictures or WIS diagrams of these spots? Can I use Black RTV and just apply around the seals?
PPI also revealed Stored code that was the dreaded P0521 from the intake manifold tumble flap. I assume I have a $700 Pierburg manifold in my future but for now it's okay. What is the failure mode for this flap? Does it give multiple code faults for a while then fail hard or was this stored code just a spurious event?
Previous Owner must have been a cigar smoker because there's a hint of smoke smell in the cabin and some marks that look consistent with a cigar burn on the left side of the lower dash near the headlight switch (see picture below). Wife noticed it right away on test drive but it didn't deter us from the purchase. I deep cleaned the leather seats yesterday and that reduced the smell substantially but plan on an ozone machine and further interior cleaning to remove that odor. Any ideas how I might repair the cigar burn?
How do I remove the lower driver's side dash panel (bolster?), light switch and surrounds? I assume the light switch and surrounding panel are replaceable so I plan to do that.
PPI included MB Geo Class 229.5 5W-40 Oil change and fuel additive. Dealer says Transmission service is due (40K miles) and new Spark Plugs are indicated. I looked around the site and didn't see the 7Gtronic 722.906 transmission service instructions. Is this a simple DIY job without a lift? Can someone point me to the service instructions?
Are there other fluids that I should replace? Brake fluid? Steering Fluid?
What spark plugs are MB recommended and which ones have forum members found to be superior to those?
Thanks for helping me sort this beautiful W211! I plan on a Pinehurst Buddies Golf trip in March so I have much to do...
