Hi,I'm trying to find someone close to Clifton,N.J. who could change settings in 2003 E320 to recognize pig tail bluetooth puck I just installed.I seems like mission impossible with local dealers(Globe and Prestige).Puck works fine but I can't use steering wheel controls or number pad,thanks in advance for any info.

Give ur dealership part number of pack then they will be able to get instructions how to unable it

Any official workshop would have WIS and they can read retrofit instructions from there. In this case the WIS document AZ8270P0012T would help.

You might want to give them your own copy.
