W211 E200K 722.695 auto transmission free when push to red line while in 1st gear

car detail
2009 W211 E200K sport package last edition (Malaysia)

Problem: happen a few time.
Transmission setting at "S"
Transmission selector display D
in 1st gear when accelerator is push hard until exceed redline (rpm) auto transmission become free.
engine still response to accelerator.

switch off engine. start again, transmission is working like normal.

no error code shown when attached to computer at workshop.
Change transmission oil and filter - problem still the same.

I don't always push the car hard until redline and the transmission do behave like normal.
Some time I do "spirited driving" and pay more attention to the road and traffic and over look the rpm
