Need NAV CD/DVD for 2004 E320

Might be a dumb question, but I recently bought my first MB and I need to find where I can purchase a NAV CD/DVD for a 2004 E320.

Thanks!

Are your looking for just the DVD? Or an actual navigation drive and LCD headunit?

I only need the disc. Are they all the same or do I need the specific one for 2004 or specifically for the E320?

That depends on what version the last disc in the car was. The discs have firmware updates
on them and if too many are skipped the Navi does not work with the latest disk if the last
disc was 3 years old. The Navi firmware needs an update done via a $12 dollar disc that
most dealers will sell you. Then you can get the latest version from Navteq or your dealer.

The update cd for the Harman Becker Navi is part # 211 589 15 22 00. Most dealers
have to order them. Or you can buy the latest map disc from the dealer and maybe they
will perform the updates needed at little or no cost. I chose to do it myself and bought
the $12 dollar disc.
