Garmin Nuvi 350 through E320 Speakers

Recently I was down in Southern California and a good friend of mind has a Garmin Nuvi 350 that he hooks up through, I think a MP3 connection in his 04 BMW 5 series. Is this possible to do with my 03 E320?

Which head unit do you have in your car? If you don't already have the AUX connector at the glove box, you should be able to add it for a Comand HU but it cannot be done for the low end Euro head units (not sure if those are even available in the US).

I think it's a Audio 20 or 50. I've included a pic of the actual radio.
