Why did MB put the aux input jack inside the glove compartment and not made any way for the wire to come out. Is the only way the wire to come out is toforce it to close or they expect you to leave ipod inside the gbox

The Aux connection made that way..To Stay Inside the glove box..Even the Factory Ipod kit stays in the glove box
