Incentives on 2009 W211?

We've heard about good incentives on the remaining 08's left in inventory. Are people getting good deals on the new 2009's? The best I've heard is $3,000 off MSRP, which probably brings it down to dealer invoice. Anything better out there? Is it worth the extra money just for the new COMAND system?
