Code P0305 - cylinder 5 misfire

Getting this code on my brother in law's 2003 E320. I'll ask him if he's putting premium in it, and if he's used any fuel cleansers lately. If anyone has further input please post.

Thanks!

There seems to be low response rate in this section, but in W210 you will find lot of really good experience with troubleshooting and DIY.
The misfire can be result of bad plug (having 2 it is rare), bad coil, or malfunctioning MAF sensor.
MAF sensor seems to be consumables on those motors, so getting one and checking might be good idea. If turns out something else is bad, you have spare MAF, that sooner or later you will need anyway.
