tire life 2008 E350

Hi guys, what is the estimated tire life for the tires on my 2008 E350? i have the 18 inch staggered rims/tires sport pakage i guess.

driving habits: very leisurely. maybe only 5% spirited:

speeds: 80% side streets vs 20 % freeway (wife uses this as daily driver, no freeways for her yet).

reason why i am asking: i have convinced my wife that when the tires need replacing, we will get the Eibach lowering kit and new 18 inch rims and tires, some sort of staggered multipsoke rims with some nice deep lips maybe like below

It would help if you posted the figures from your current tyres if you are interested about the life of those.

The tires do have thread wear rating molded on them.
From what I remember 460 will give you about 60,000 miles.
When you have sport tires with like 280 it will not take long. They wear out when you look at them.

the makrs on the tires are 245/40 r18 93v and the rear is 265/35 r18 97v, both treadwear is 300

thanks guys car is only at 1200 miles still a ways to go, but if i had a good guestimate, then i know how long i have to start saving money.
all in all i am looking at $2500 for rims and tires. $250 for the eibach springs, and maybe $750 for the whole install? that bring me to about $3500, maybe $4000?

thanks for the replies and keep them coming, all opinions are welcome

I am on the market for wheels for my son car. If you want to get rid of the old ones, let me know.
18" is too little tire for my taste, but I bet he is going to love the look. Any pictures?

I know. I bought 5-spoke from E420 for our E300, when I got bored with toothbrushing the OEM 11-spoke.
My point is that the OEM wheels sell for the value of tires on them, meaning when you wear out the tires, you might be forced to pay for their disposal.
Good luck settling the issue with your wife.
Yours are like 20-spoke, so assuming my son got at least some of my genes he will get bored with cleaning them as well.
