Summer Opening Feature

Hi Everyone;
I'm new to this forum and Mercedes ownership. My family just purchased two MB W211 E-Class cars (05' E500 4M and 03' E320 4M Wagon). They are our first Mercedes.

When I point the E500's Smartkey at the driver's door and hold down the unlock button, it does not lower the windows or open the sunroof. Is there some setting in the car that I need to set in-order for this function to work?

Read the manual. Mine is about 400 pages, I read about 120 and I have the car for a month.

Unlock first, release button, push again and hold. Got it!
