That car will probably rub with coilovers and 20's.
20's are a bit large for the W211.

I would use Eibachs they are about $ 275 and will lower it nicely.. It may still rub.

Not sure the choice of coilovers or Eibachs will make any difference regarding rubbing. If the tires/wheels are too large they will rub as the suspension flexes through its travel on larger bumps either way.
