This is more like a combination of the W204 and W221. Not a surprise either.

Look at the smart key it looks like they changed the design of it more rounded squarish loooking key hmmmm.

From this angle, I have to agree.
Also, check out the shifter - its back on the steering column not in the center console. Must have paddles on the steering wheel for tiptronic.
However, gotta hand it to them. FINALLY, the cup holder is in the right place and easily accessible. Not like my '06 W211
