I went my my local dealer today and negotiated a price of $50,500 (plus tax) for a new 2007 e350, sport package w/P1. They took $3000 off the sticker. The dealer claims that they only have $3800 in markup in this vehicle. Is this a good deal or should I keep looking?

Tha't s about what I paid for mine, but the list was in the upper 50"s. Not sure what the difference is. Sport package, P1. Probably, wood wheel, chrome rims.
