I replaced the headlight assembly on our E350 after it had a run-in with a deer hoof. These instructions were a big help. I dropped the bumper cover from one side only so I didn't have to mess with that crazy bracket two times. Thank you for posting the how to.

Talking Fantastic instructions

I hope that everything I need to work on or replace on my w211 has been performed and documented by you. These were great instructions with the needed details for sizes of screws and the size and type to remove them. Thank you for making my life easier.

How long did it take you to remove and reinstall the bumper? Pulling mine tomorrow and I want to make sure I set aside the proper amount of time to perform work.

I did mine in 30 minutes off and 20 minutes back on.

I successfully removed and reinstalled my bumper last night. These clips were by far the worst part.

I got them back in by looking through the fender so I could see the bumper and fender tabs as they went into the clip. Make sure the lower layer of bumper tabs are making it into the clip. Once the bumper and fender edge are in the clip, the steel 'handles' that poke up from the clip are then used to pull the clip towards the wheel well and lock it into place. The torex screw then can go in to secure the clip.

Someone can show me a picture of inner AMG W211, please. And what are the differences between the W211 classic and the W211 AMG inner. Thank you in advance.
