Replacing city light bulbs and fog lights

I am sure this has been asked before, but I cant find it on the forum. Can anyone tell me how to replace the city light bulbs and how to get to the fog lights to replace them on an 03 E500? Thanks

City lights: open hood, remove headlamp cover, pull out bulb socket, replace bulb, reinsert.

Fog lights: I believe there is an access panel underneath the vehicle..... H1 bulb if i'm not mistaken.
