Hey guys,
Here it is . Its been a long time in the making. I still need to make some final adjustment (this is the preproduction unit) but for aesthetic reasons this is exactly what it will look like. I am a perfectionist (as you can tell) and I cannot wait to get this thing up on the dyno. I will have to delay Dyno testing for another 2 weeks but my goal is to have the dyno up by end of Feb. Yes, AMS L.L.C is my new company, I'm tired of the big dog tuners raping us mercedes owners with rediculously priced parts that underperform so i decided I'm gonna beat them at their own game (and look good doing it too ).
Just uploaded the sound file comparison, you can see the results are pretty amazing. The nonHD pulley was from a few feet away and the HD pulley was tapped from just a few inches away from the microphone. Pretty nuts
Are you going to be able to do the dyno's on the same day on the same dyno? How long will the install take? Also how much lighter is your pulley over the stock one?
Maybe I will run it with my supercharger and lighted pulleys
