Finished work. Now engine installed. I drive it only 300 km after reparing. After 5000 km, I'm going to check the power of engine on Dyno.

Great pics! I have not seen too many engine builds on the forum. Very good to see this. Please post back after your dyno and make sure that before you dyno, you reset your ECU for maximum power.

Looks like your bores were not properly honed by the machine shop doing the work. Maybe that's not the final pictures before the pistons went back in the bore? Is your machine shop familiar with working on engines with Alusil bores? It is a completly different procedure from a standard bore.

Hi, I posted really finished bore. In our country nobody repair alusil bore. And as I know, it is very expensive technology, easiest way to buy new engine. Thats why i decided to make standard bores, as on japan engines. Guys which build my engine have big experience on building Honda engines, they have own cars with 600 hp with 2.0 liter engine capacity. And they build last year 2 5.5 kompressor mercedes engines, and they run more than 40k km already, I hope that my engine will run more than 100k km...

Ok, your block may be ruined. The only way an Alusil block will hold up is if the honing process is done. It brings the silicon molecules to the surface of the bore so you can run the coated aluminum piston in an aluminum bore. Otherwise, your rings will score your block and it will be smoking like crazy in a few thousand miles and will have very poor compression. I would have left the scratch as is rather than ruining the block.

At this point, you have four options and none of them include installing the engine as is. You can have the block coated with Nikasil, have it sleeved with iron bores, send the block off to someone who knows what they are doing, or get a used block in good shape. You will absolutely waste your money by putting that engine back together with the bores like they are. Seriously, don't put the block back together like it is in the pictures.

On these pictures already honed iron bores. And two e55 AMG w211 already built, no they drive it more than 40k km.
