They are the same fluids.........are they?

Good day to all. Could anyone confirm for mewhether the following two MB fuilds (power steering) are either one and the same or that one could be used instead of the other? They are:-
A 000 989 88 03 and:
Q-1-46-001
I requested the former ( for my 2001 E55) and was sold and told by MB that the later ( Q-1-46-001 )would work. However a check of the MB Fluids & Lube listing that number - Q-1-46-001 could not be seen.

The MB's cost for Q-1-46-001 was $ 4.40/Liter As such I don't think its synthetic or is it?.

Thanks for the feeback. It is exactly what was written on the bottle sold to me at the MB dealership. What then would you say is the right MB part # for the powersteering fluid for my 2001 MY E55 ?

Q 1460001 IS THE CORRECT # AND IT IS A GOOD FLUID FOR YOUR 2001 E55

i stand corrected. that is the right fluid for the E55. i had a bottle and just went to double check since GWECKMAN said it was a valid part # and correct for our cars. He was right.
