Unlocking rear doors from inside
Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I searched for it and couldn't find it. I just bought a 99 E55 and noticed that when the doors are automatically locked by the central locking system, we can't open the rear doors from inside. Is that because of the child safety locks? Where are those located?
Thanks guys!

press the button on the upper center console that has a pictograph of a door and a key inside of it. you have to be moving less than 10 mph.

Yep it's a 2-way switch between the driver's side left and right window controls on the center console.

From the back seat, pull up on the lock "plunger" on the door, like the olds days.
