outside temperature display

I honesly searched DIY and CYA ( ) sections and could not find the answer - my outside temperature display shows only 2 segments, sometimes one. I know it doesn't not affect the speed ,but I am wondering if this could be fixed.
Does this display show only temperature or have more functionality?
How I can check or replace it?

I wouldn't try messing with it, a new cluster cost about $1500 to replace.
Cheaper to let the professional do it. Good Luck!
