WHEN ITS WARMED UP AND W/ A/C AND EVERYTHING TURNED OFF WHAT RPM should an 02 e55 idle at also someone toldme that the onboard cpu that you use to check the a/c can show rpm i know what the 1-8 values mean for the a/c but what about 9-42 on the diagnostics you can pull from are climate control cpu thanx guys.

thanx peter if you get a chanc ecould you alsopost a pic of where the tach needles rest with ignition on second spot w/o engine running thanx alot foryour help. my needle got shifted and im trying to put it back right. thanx again

thanx man i appreciate the quick help. i noticed you got some gas since earlier, sucks spended 40 bucks when not even empty and still not havin close to a full tank lol almost makes me wish i kept my c230k but not quite

Yeah.. it cost alot to fill up these day. $90 buck to fill up if I let the light come on. oh well, got to do what you got to do.
Btw, If you can't fix your instrument cluster you might want to give BBA-reman a call, they fix my missing segment pixel while back and I never had any problem since. http://www.bba-reman.com/catalogue/D...ledProduct=556

Peter....Do you have RDS for your command system? I see the words "Movin' on the display. I thought US models could not do RDS. Please explain what I am seeing.

what is RDS? the display show the name of the radio station and song playing. CD mode only display track#. I think that what you meant. I thought this was normal on all MBZ.

Hmmm.... I got a 2001 and mine show's the radio station numbers but never a song title, the CD just show's CD 1 Track 2 & etc.....
