The most reputable brand is the OEM brand Bosch:
MAF sensor BOSCH PART #0280217810; Cross reference Part #1130940048. I purchased mine on Ebay through Auto Lamps Plus for $200. shipped. However, they do not seem to be currently available. I have also purchased a complete brake replacement through germanimportedparts.com. at a very reasonable price-point. In either case, I was completely satisfied.
