Can 17' wheels fit in the W 210 55 AMG?
I don't have an E 55 AMG but I want to install his brakes on my W 210 CDI. My car has the same modell of AMG rims but in 17'. Do you Know if those big calipers fits on 17' wheels? Thank you very much.

By design, the AMG rim should clear the bigger brakes. However, the key to the fit would be determined by the offset. Your offset window is ~31MM - 35MM. An offset plus 35MM may place the rim too far in, and hence, rub the calipers. Just my two cents. If I am wrong...Shoot me.

I used 17" AMG rims from a CLK 55 before and it clear my calipers. I guess it's all depends on the offset.

I have 17" wheels for winter but they were hard to find. On 3 set of wheels, only one could clear the callipers...

That's a nice question...
My offset is 35 in front, I think! If that is correct, the E 55 calipers should be clear by the wheels?
Thank you very much

some 17's will fit and some will not. They will require a test fit. Remember, the spare tire for 2000+ E55's is 17":
