facelift changes for the 2000 e55 (US)

i keep reading about the facelift for the e55 w210 in 2000. what exactly is different? all i can tell is the tails are tinted darker is there any other swaps? bumpers interior?

Yes, the taillights as you mentioned are different. The front end is more slanted back and the front bumper is one piece all the way up to the bottom of the headlights. The bodykit is different and the steering wheel now has controls. The cluster and head unit is also different along with some minor mechanical and consmetic touch ups....

In addition to what has already been said, the 00-02 has the side mirror blinkers and the door handles are same color as body of vehicle. I am certain there are others.

I know it's different strokes for different folks, but I did a couple of different things to my 99 to give it a little different look.....

* Differnet front Bumper & Fog Lights
* Aftermarket front & Rear Lights
* Mirror Blinkers
* H&R Springs
* Chrome Mono Wheels
