Untrue/Bent Steering Column/Wheel

I had my 99 E55 for a couples month and the car stereo installer that was looking at my car noticed something perculiar. The steering wheel or column is slightly bent or untrue. Sitting straight in the drivers seat and with both hands on 10 and 2, the left side of the steering wheel is slightly more depressed that the right side.

Never really noticed it before, it actually work well with me being left handed.

I'm not sure if its the wheel or the column. Has anyone experience this problem? TIA
