How hard to replace bumper grill?

Anyone ever replace a bumper grill on a W210 body E55?

Can you get to it from the front or do I have to pull off the bumper (urgh!) and replace it from the rear? Temperature has been too cold here to spend any serious time on it yet in daylight. Mine is mushed in a bit, but it doesn't seem like it should be too hard to replace.

Related questions:

1. Is this something that I ought to buy OEM (which I cannot find anywhere but the dealer I assume) or is aftermarket ($24 + shipping!) fine?

2. Is there a decent CD or service manual for this car (2002) that can be had? Searches of the net turn up very little. The only decent prospect on eBay turns out to be a Mitchell Guide on CD and is virtually useless for anything I would ever want to know about this car.

Thanks.

Yes, & there are screws on top & bottom that hold the grill from the inside.

There is, do a search on this forum we had a discussion before regarding the CD manual.

Take care & enjoy the ride,
