Just picked up a 2002 E55 and will need to get some snow tires. Need some confirmation from you guys.
I have a set of 18" OZ Chrono 5x112 ET35 from my old A4. From the searches, these should also fit the E55 right? Audi and MB share the same offset for a lot of models.
If so, this would save me some cost in getting another set of rims. Can anyone confirm?

W210 wheel packages are PITA. If I were you, I would just take off a front and back wheel to see if your wheels will fit...no rubbing, brake problems ect...I don't think anyone here has put Audi wheels on their Mercedes. I think if I replace my wheels I will have a shop do it locally, so I don't have to order wheels then by chance they don't fit have to send them back. But honestly, these cars are touchy with wheel fitment.
I went on the tirerack website and based on their configurator, the 18" wheels available (from BBS, OZ) for the 2002 E55 all have 5x112 and ET35 or ET31 offsets. Which is exactly what I have on the 18" OZ Chronos.
I will definitely have a tire shop test fit my old wheels before buying the tires.
A W210 E55 has an offset of 31MM front and 35MM rear. As long as your 35MM offset OZ rim design clears the stock 13.1 AMG brake setup up front you should be fine. The real issue is the choice of tire that is to be mounted on your OZs up front. Others have had rubbing issues with M PS2s and GY GS-D3s on aftermarket 35MM front rims. The problem is a suspension nut which sits a few MM's away from the stock wheel. One can barely fit a finger between them. I was fortunate with my aftermarket 35MM rims, and my choice of Falken FK-451. However the fit is extremely tight. Good luck.
Being that my aftermarket front rims are 18X8.5 I would have preferred to use 255/40/18. But, the infamous suspension nut forced me to remain stock: 245/40/18 with a minimal lip exposure. Out of curiosity, how wide are your rim?
My 18" OZ Cronos are 18x8. But upon further research, it has the 55.7mm bore (the diameter of the centre hole). Mercedes has a 66.5mm bore. Even though it has the correct bolt pattern and offset, it looks like it won't fit because the bore is too small.
