if thats an 02', then i say that $$$ is a "ok" deal... if not, your getting ripped bud. i got my 01', same mileage, all options for 2K less then you. don't let them factor in the mods into the price. try to haggle them down more, then its worth it.

I think it exactly that...an decent deal. Actually a tad bit better than ok for the area. And I really love the wheels and they would have cost me bucks to buy them new.
Now all I need is to upgrade the stereo to an MP3 player (maybe one with Nav,) do the pedals and hood emblem, and figure out which (if any) warranty to buy....and I am a very happy man for way less than a 2002 M5 (which I dont like)

Don't look towards me. Im beginning to made ownership for these W210's costly b/c i keep coming out with new mods to do lol . Honestly thats very high even for an 02. I would have tried to bargain it down to $25k if it were me but if you truly think its an amazing deal go for it. But thats CLK55 territory. anyways hope that helps
