Scanned ECU : 0443 Purge Control Valve error ... ? - Benzworld.org

hey guys,

scanned my ECU finally and to my suprise only one code came up. It was the 0443 purge control valve. How much does this valve cost and how can it be fixed? I hear it can really throw off air fuel ratios and cause really rich conditions (which may explain why my engine is running so rough). Any help or suggestions are REALLY appreciated, thanks guys

you probably have small leak from your purge control valve.

any idea how hard it is to replace or how cheap (or expensive)? I searched but found very little material on it. It kept coming back when car was on but not when car was off, this indicates its still an active error and not just a stored old code. thx auf

sorry omey so far I have no idea on replacing it , you can ask for the parts price at mb dealership. or e-mail mark cummins.
