How much is it worth to get a later year car with the same mileage?

Also, how much is vent seats and Nav worth when estimating purchase price?

Currently the market is about a $2000 difference.

Uh, I think you meant 2000 - 2002 are virtually the same car. The 211 E55 was a 2003.
