What is 210 e55 oil filter make and #

I want to change my oil myself a couple times in between the A and B service intervals done by the dealer, <just for my own piece of mind.> I used a vacuum hand pump that I use for my boat and extracted the oil out the dipstick, works real slick.
I bought a MANN HU718/5x off a Benzworld site advertiser and when I went to use the MANN filter it was slightly different in dimentions then the one in the car.
THe one I removed was paper and out the bottom had a long plastic piece with two rubber o rings on it, and on top was a plastic picket fence like top that clicked into the metal screw on cover.
I know this sounds dump but can someone tell me where to get the right filter and do the plastic pieces on both ends of the element pop out or do the filters come with the plastic pieces? thanks
