buying a 2001 e320 sport..anything i should know?

i am probably going to buy a 2000/2001 e320 possibly an e320 sport....what should i look for when buying as far as problems.

looked at a 2001 e 320 sport w/ navigation 60,000 miles.guy wants $23,000 without negotiating yet..hows that price? thanks for any help

I Would Get The VIN# and talk to a Service advisor @ The Local MB Dealer to Run a master Vin # for you..It Will have all the History on the car Both Warranty and Customer pay.
