Sorry about the cross posting,but I just wanted to bring attention to the terrible customer service I received from Rpi equipped after almost a month (this coming Friday) of them having my $530.00 and my not getting my lights after too many phonecalls and emails. The following is the last post I wrote in another thread regarding my displeasure:Well ,here it is,almost a month since I ordered that
set,and still no lamps. I've been calling/writing Dustan at rpi equipped,and each time it's a different story (the secretary is away,I'm trying to get a tracking number,they haven't sent them yet) and frankly,I fed up. The last time he said he would either send me back my money or he'd send the lights.But still no favorable results.
Does anyone at this site know a workaround so I can get some satisfaction? Thanks to all who suggest a plausible recourse!!

Chizzler,I appreciate your reply,and would like to get this matter resolved.It will soon be summer,and I'd like to get my car in good shape. I just need to hear something at the very least,and I believe at this point,I've been more than patient. You must admit that when you're dealing with someone for the first time,and they have your $530,you start to wonder when things are not done in a timely manner.
no I understand how you feek completly, i just know RPI has a great reputation, and do not scam people...i was just trying to make you feel a bit better..i am sure you will get your lights, when how ever i am unsure [;)]
Finally got thru to Dustan,he sent me an email apologizing for my bad experience,and told me that he would send my money back,and would keep me on the list
and once RPI gets them back in stock,he promised I would be contacted. The money should be coming thru FedEx,so he says.Stay tuned,I'll post again,if and when I get the payment.
In an additional email received today,he told me he sent the money thru the Post Office,when he originally told me he would send it FedEx. It's things like these that make me skeptical.....[:(!]
