RE: Changing stock mirrors to OEM side blinking mirrors
Go to German ebay and get a set of OEM 2000+ blinker mirrors with euro glass. Swap the wires from your original set and install. You have to add 2 wires and conect the blinkers. Tap in to your rear blinkers down in the wire tray under the door sills on each side. Do a search for blinker mirrors and get more instructions on here or on MB World.

Thanks for the real reply.
How do they connect the two wires from the door sills?
ChazLM5
That is the trick to the installation. I used existing speaker wires that already go out of the door and in to the cable tray. There is an extra connector depending on what stereo you have in your car. Or you can fish a new set of wires out of the door and down through the front footwell. There are ground lugs on either side for one connection and the other gets tapped in to the rear tail light blinker on each side.
