Help.. Sunroof slid back approx 4" and stopped.
Switch will make motor run, however, there is a
clicking sound and the roof will not move..
Any suggestions.

Is this on a W210 or W211 E-Class? What year is it? The W210 Moonroofs before the year 2000 have plastic guide pieces to hold the cable in place that tend to warp and cause the cable to bind up or come off track. You can buy these pieces and replace them once you get the roof all of the way open.
