E 420 Oil Change

Is there a place in NYC besides Mercedes that performs oil changes like the ones that are in car washes? A lot of places will not touch my car because the air filter box has to be removed. some one please help me with a location. I refuse to pay $100+ for a glorified oil change. Please Help[:(]

9 quarts, quite a bit of labor.
$80 to $100 is a fair price.
Oil and filter alone is easily $25.

I do it myself. It is a pain and costs me $45 for synthetic oil and filter. Redo every 5000 miles.
