16" Alloys versus 17" or 18" - Benzworld.org

Hi, need some help. Have E320 CDi 2001 model with standard 16" wheels. Can upgrade to 17 or 18" however not sure what sacrifice would be for both choices. I can get a standard set of 17" and also have the option to get some excellent secondhand 18" AMG's.

Could do with some advice, I do a lot of motorway miles so ride is important however I would like the car to handle and look a little better, the million dollar choice..............do I stick with what I have or do I move up and what are the repercusions. HELP [:)]

I live in Poland and we have realy shity roads. I have 18" AMG Monoblock wheels and the rid is just fine. Sometimes little bumpy but it's acceptable if you copmare it to the grip you get and the look of course. So, my advise is buy 18" AMG wheels.

Do you have the labels on your E55? IN germany everyone removes them.
