6 years & 65k miles later, the serpentine belt is showing its age. My initial idea is that belt replacement should be a simple & basic DIY project.
Looking from the top, it's not immediately obvious which pully releases the tension on said belt. If the radiator fan shroud were out of the way, the discovery and replacement would be infinitely easier.
Questions:
1. Any "tricks" to replacing the belt?
2. Which pully adjusts belt tension?
3. Can the radiator shroud come out without removing the fan?
4. This job is best accomplished from the top or bottom?
Thanks in advance.
