anyone else have this prob? i replaced with new rotors and pbr deluxe pads. nicely greased up, about 50 miles later, starts making noises. squeaks only when lightly pressed or released, but not with heavy pressure. inside slots of the calipers are slightly grooved from old pads moving around inside not sure if thats causing squeak or actual pads. what do u guys suggest?

PBR - I have had very bad luck with those pads on my Volvo's. I think they are very hard, and noisy as a result. I put PORTERFIELD pads on my E55 - great results. No fade, very little dust, and no noise.
Check out ************* an advertiser on this site) for them. Nothing makes a great car seem cheap faster than noisy brake pads.
