E300 Rust Problem

Has anyone had a problem with rust occuring at the metal corner between the side mirror and the front window. While washing the car I noticed the paint bubbleing in this corner point. I pushed the bubble and theres alot of rust their. I checked the other side and its the same thing just not as bad YET.

Anyone else having this problem?

I have a '96 E320 with some bubbling on the passenger side, but not on the drivers side at all yet. I haven't addressed the issue yet...
