Hi i was wondering anybody know i was thinking about trying to up grade my radio to the new model like the one in the 1999 model will it fit right in without any modfications to the wiring and will it still work with the same cd changer anybody know ?

Will fit right in and will connect perfectly to the wiring harness. However your old changer will not work with it. The new deck only has a fiber optic link to connect to the newer style changer. You could update the changer also but then you would have to run a fiber optic cable to the back of your car. Or you could put the new changer in your glove box and run a shorter fiber optic cable. By the way, the newer style deck sounds better than the older decks, too. But by the time you spend all that time and money you could an Alpine head unit and changer for about the same price.
