The engine won't even turn over (or attempt to start). I know starting the car is different than my other car in that you just turn the key briefly to activate the starter and it stops once the engine is running.
It sounds like something electrical in a control module since the starter won't activate. I just had it serviced and everything checked out ok. The battery seems to be fine and no messages on the instrument panel.
It's now out of warranty (80k) so I'm stuck with paying for this now. I've had NUMEROUS electrical problems since I bought it new but they were all covered under the warranty. I've heard that the 99 model is prone to electrical bugs. Any help would be appreciated.
