WHERE TO GET MOBIL1 0-40w

I was going to change the oil in my E430,
I make over six phone calls to the local auto
parts store and NONE carry Mobil1 0-40w oil.

Where do you get your oils?

Can I use another types and grades of oil?

I'm told that only MB dealers stock this grade. However, a dealer told me that 10/40 would also work on an older MB with some miles. Costco carries 10/30.

when to the local AutoZone and they got Mobil1 0-40w
bought them all 4.99 each.
