my car 2000 E430 sport

Currrent rim and tires size is 225/40/18

the ride is firm, and my wife can not parralel park, so the rim is not looking as good as new.

I plane go get wider tires and not so much low profile.

like 245/50/18 ,, COULD this tires fit without any problem.

Steve,

You would need to go to a 245/40/18 or a 245/35/18. A 245/50/18 would be too tall.

You need to stay close to the same aspect ratio of your stock 225/40/18 = (225)(.40)=90, (245)(.35)=85.75, or (245)(.40)=98

I would go with the 245/40/18 since that is what the E55 runs on the front and if you have the E55's wider rear rims you can run a 275/35/18.
